Our Staff
School of Louise’s Dreams has had the great fortune to attract a dedicated and skilled group of teachers and staff members over its 12 years of operation. Most of our staff have been with us for many years, and some began with us from the very start.
Rosario Castillo Urrutia has been the Director of School of Louise’s Dreams beginning in 1996. She has provided superior organization and guidance at the school, as well as irreplaceable support for The Right to Learn by managing day-to-day affairs in Nagarote. She brings a great deal of experience to the school after many years teaching in the Nicaraguan public schools.
Our teaching staff consists of a mixture of both veteran and younger teachers. Our veteran teachers have been instrumental in assisting the younger teachers in the implemention of the Montessori Method in their classrooms. This mentorship model has been essential to ensuring universal adoption of these new methods, and has provided a great deal of occupational support for the young teachers in general.
Our facilities staff consists of IT support, cooking staff, janitors, and our bus driver. They are an integral part of keeping the school running smoothly.
